| Accommodation Request (Booking)
To request a booking, please send an E-mail to webmaster@fish-hoek-accommodation.co.za.
Help us to process your request as speedily as
possible by including the following details in your e-mail:
- Name
- Requested apartment/villa
- Arrival date
- Departure date
- Number of adults
- Number and age of children
- Telephone number
- E-mail address
- Do
you require a cleaning or breakfast service, or other special
request? Please provide details.

Terms and Conditions
- Check-In
time 3pm, and check out time 10 am.
- Inventory
will be taken before arrival and departure.
- Bed linen, bath towels, beach towels, kitchen cloths, crockery
and cutlery are provided.
- Tea,
coffee, milk, sugar, and condiments on arrival.
- Rates
include 300 Units electricity, gas and water.
- DSTV
available to guests. Please bring your own DSTV Card.
- Electronic
bank transfers and cash only – regret no credit card
payments can be processed.
- Deposit:
- your reservation is only confirmed once we have received
50% of the booking value.
- The
Balance of the booking value (50%) to be paid two weeks before
arrival.
- Upon
arrival a REFUNDABLE Breakage Deposit (against damage, and
leaving the house in an unacceptable state) is payable. This
amount is 10% of the total booking or a minimum of R 1500
(whichever greater). This will be returned to you (via post/bank
transfer) after an inventory within one week from your departure,
less any deductions applicable.
- Cancellation Policy: Should you cancel for any reason, the following applies:
- Cancellation Fourteen days or more before arrival: 50% of the booking value will be charged.
- Cancellation Between fourteen and seven days before arrival: 75% of the booking value will be charged.
- Cancellation Day of arrival or later: 100% of the booking value will be charged.
- Non Arrival: 100% of the booking value will be charged.
- We
reserve the right to alter tariffs without prior notice,
but confirmed bookings will not be affected by changes.
- Excellent
security features: automated entrance gate, video intercom,
two automated garages (one with direct access), & alarm
System with armed response. Whilst all efforts has been made
with regards to your security and safety, the owners are
not liable for any losses, damages or injury of any nature
by guests or their property on the premises.
